In order to take part in the NSK, participants must apply in accordance with the following conditions:
- Participants must be between the ages of 16 and 30
- Participants must be registered at a Dutch university or HBO institution in the academic years 2020-2021 or 2021-2022
- Participants have to email their proof of registration to cross [at] haasjeatletiek.nl
If you don't meet the conditions as mentioned above, you cannot participate in the NSK part. However, there's the possibility to participate in the regular Leemkuilcross.
Prizes can be won in the following categories for the numbers 1, 2 and 3:
- Men's short cross
- Women's short cross
- Men's long cross
- Women's short cross
